Refund policy

If you change your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange, provided that you notify us at info@thegoodvibesproject.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You have another 14 days to return your order once you have told us.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. We recommend you use a trackable service for your own protection.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@thegoodvibesproject.co.uk, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and gift cards. Please get in touch at info@thegoodvibesproject.co.uk if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. If you incurred in custom fees, these won't be refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you still have not received your refund please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us at info@thegoodvibesproject.co.uk.
