The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. The estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes to create and prepare them for shipment), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier).

Current processing time: we ship the next business day for orders received before 12pm. 

If your order is urgent, please select express delivery at checkout, where you will have the option for Tracked 24-hour delivery or Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm next day.

FREE standard UK delivery (transit time 2/3 business days)

£5 Tracked 24 hours (+1 day processing time) 

£12 Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm next working day (+1 day processing time)

EU £15 (up to 5kg) - transit time 2/11 business days 

All other countries £30 (up to 2kg) - transit time 3/17 business days 

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
